Yea that's generally how to level in hell. Do iotss from 105-110. Then cows (dont need to clear hell) to 115. Then k3k/TA to 120, then teganze/dunc and so on.

do not worry about it, you will respec later several times. later charms take care of str/dex requirements/resistances more and more.

Ignoring the fsd on Iblis (since crafted gloves can also roll near that number), it's a case of 40 EF & 30 fsd (from IblisXis) vs 2 sorc skills & 20+ pierce (crafted). Even with trophied astro charm and high pierce rolls on Radiance, weapon, celestial barrier, etc. it's still not easy to reach 170 pierce for bossing. IblisXis also comes at lvl 120 (vs 80ish on crafted gloves) so less room for MOs, and 1 fewer socket.
For farming IblisXis does more damage ofc. I just listed a craft because thats what most people will have in mid game plus and the potential to be great in late game.

It gives EF in the radiance setup.

Locket gives light radius then radiance give EF for each light radius. The radinace set up is comosed with item which all give +XX light radius (like ring, gloves etc...)
