Eth adds a good amount of damage same as adding ed before making the runeword, my shark did 515 top end at lvl 140 for comparison

So you use mystic orbs before filling sockets with runes? But I remember doing that would lead to raising up the required level crazily.

Yeah, Xis RW's have required level 120. When you are lvl 140 you can add 5 %ed mo's, resulting in much more damage

What rw do you suggest for a2 shapeshifting merc ? ( normal rw ) for tanking ? Or is a5 merc better for tanking ?

At assy shield you can craft Veil King - is it worth of it ?

Just looked at Nih claw and it's definitely a solid choice in early end game, loses to a good crafted or to shark later on.
