Shoutout to @mortimer for guiding me towards the "rare downlevel" recipe, and advising that sacred rare Kriegsmesser swords have a high enough quality level to still roll War Cry when downleveled (see https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/items/cube#idx2 for the Rare Downlevel recipe)
The best War Cry swords are now made using this method.
- Find a sacred rare Kriegsmesser
- Cube it over and over with
- Soulcraft the
- If you are as lucky as I was, you will have another prefix available for
Note that the sword failed Oil of Conjuration, and I did not even bless it yet!

1 x rare Ring + 1 x rare Amulet until it rolls War Cry with at least 1 available Prefix- Soulcraft the
30-40 to Physical Magic Spell Damage prefix- If you are as lucky as I was, you will have another prefix available for
