Currently at level 133, can do most areas but Fautz is still tough as those bots just don't go down fast enough. Not had much luck with crafting an endgame bow though, and currently using the one below. Should I roll an Ice Breaker as I have a spare Xis? What jewels should i use for it if so? I have a 94%ed base reflex if that makes any difference.

I don't recommend Ice Breaker. It's too frustrating to get and takes too much time to get a good roll.
What I recommend for Fauzt is to get 50pr alongside 17k hp. Simly having a high belial/bremm/astro charm with a 6 pskull weapon is enough to get to 17k easily. The pr you can get from giants knuckle/TA trophy/dyers eve/hratli-razorspine-basilisk-arkaine-auriel-petulant.
If you can't get those magic numbers yet, what helps are reanimates.
