Guys. gearing merc on low levels doesnt require so much. A3 mercs have defense buff that is very intense. if you put
Paaliaq
with high defense armor on him like T3-4 Ancient armor or something it will allready buff that merc's defense so high that it cant basically die :D just focus on getting resistances full and high defense to him. what i did was that when i began to use jitan's kamon i put my old items like

Maybe it doesnt necessary but i really like to buff his damage. I think its kinda low. I saw that most of the people geared up him with lightling spell damage or -lightling resist. Any suggestions about this?

My second question is that is 17k defence is enough for terror or am i doing it wrong?

My suggestion to you is you should focus on mana stolen per hit instead of mana per strike. In small groups second one does not give mana but first one gives mana no matter what you are dealing with. I think Ber crafted nice jewels for your runewords should take away all of your mana problems. I think you should consider that. (Look at me im giving suggestions :bounce: )

Btw it is great build, i didnt have so much fun since old melee necro. Jumping constantly reminds me naginata :mrgreen:

Mana stolen per hit is based on physical damage. since harbinger converts 75% to magic damage that its 75% less efficient and doesn't leech that much mana back. mana per strike tho. even 1 monster harbinger hits multiple times per cast = 33 mana per 1 strike. but good thinking tho ;) this is exactly what you need to play. thinking outside of the box.

Abjurer dmg is lower than bloodmages. Abjurer gearing should be lightning damage and -resists. i didnt have any problem with damage tho in terror. 17k should be ok till Terror A3 where you need to do LC2. you need around 20k defense to do it smoothly. Defense is the problem that most of the ppl are stuggling and i did too. it only eases up when you are done with black road challenge. till then you just need to try cap it up as high as possible. 86% fhr breakpoint also helps alot too and easily achievable with Natha RW. Attack speed is also your best friend here. you want to harb as fast as possible so attack speed jewels on void also carries you :)

This is another reason i'm hating druid. I have a bunch of decent gear but I just can't do fautz at all without dying a bunch. Everyone I see doing fautz with wolf just has massive amounts of charms and I don't. The ice druid video has way more charms than me, the max block druid has way more charms than me, even the cheap werewolf videos have way more charms than me. Do they really make that big of a difference jeez.
