I dont remember correctly how that umo looks like but if its just +mana per striking then it works. Mana per attack doesnt work with harbinger

nope. You can also use teganze + police verso or Helxis runeword belt to do the job. or just teganze and jewels with mana per kill

Just get a crafted sword and MO it with FCR and spell dmg (fire or light) and craft the rest accordingly

Maybe I'm not paying attention well enough, but I am converting my trap rat to wolf druid. I can barely kill stuff in Terror somehow. I have hit another attack speed limit, but I think I'm missing the point with some things.

I've been having trouble understanding breakpoints for FHR and maybe I'm having trouble understanding how mana regen works. I tried looking in your guide, I feel like my wolf is having his mana drained significantly faster even though I am not using items with % mana regen. Wasn't it the rule that mana regen becomes mana leech?

I believe that whatever mana regeneration you have (naturally and from items/charms) at the time of morphing into werewolf is flipped to negative. That's why you should morph without the mana regen items, then once you're in wolf form, you re-equip the mana regen and can eventually make it positive again, so you'll get a slow regen instead of a fast drain.

Pretty sure this gimmick will be taken care of (suchbalance mentioned it was being fixed in upcoming patch(es) somewhere) to make werewolf not so OP in the endless harbinger concept.
