well that's a very blurry and choppy video, so that didn't help at all. But just use speedcalc and you'll see 2 frame is not a thing.

What jewels and/or MO's should I use on my Abjurer merc ? He has the Thur circlet recommended here, almost everything else is honorific and MO'd with +lightning damage and resists.

It used to be 2 frames, now it's 3 iirc. Also treewarden's ravage can hit 10 times per second which is ~2 FPA.

Speedcalc doesn't show proper frames for wolf, there's a thread about it. There was even a showcase of on-attack wolf.

ravage is one attack though. That's how I see it at least since if the first misses, the whole sequence misses. oh well.

First of all - Harbinger uses attack speed as it pointed above. And for werewolf form attack speed in weapon (not in other items but in weapon itself) will make werewolf attack alot faster than once per 7 frames. For example

filled with attack speed jewels will result in 2-3 frames per attack/harbinger jump.

That Dao gets you to 7 Fpa. if it would be 2 you kant even see the animation.

2 hand gives you more damage and shield gives you survaivability. both are viable.
