Introduction





The fire witch is beautifull and she can do whatever you ask! but she will mainly burn stuff out, any farming area is a joke for her: duncraig, tenganze, Fauztinville is a walk in the park! Easy gameplay and very friendly beginner character!



Pros

- Probably the best clearspeed in the game!
- Can do rift 15!
- Can be played with crafted gear to endgame ssu!
- HC viable


Cons

- Fast moving boss can be boring to hit with flamestrike! (but you can
use flamefront close to any wall to use the full power of each projectiles)
- Can't leech life since it's a caster (but you have the moonshine! And the life on kill)

Video choice explanation:

Even if it's a rift build, doing a video of a rift 15 take time, is not friendly to watch and random!(Depending on the encounter)So i did choose to make a video on Uldyssian instead!
Uldyssian have a large amount of hp and do some decent damage and most of player know this boss!(even beginner can have quickly acces to him)
The build i use in this video is my current setup for rift15,(a very tanky one) this is not a glass canon speedkill boss contest video!
I'm almost not using the moon symbol(witch potion) for the defense showcase! But remember to always fight with more than 80% of your life to get the witchblood buff passive UP.

Early Game




Basic Gameplay
- Always summon your elementals to get the extra defense and the max cold res, they will also lure the enemy wich will be just perfect!
- Buff Yourself With mana shield only if you have a great mana regeneration! Otherwize skip it(you may die if you dont have any mana left!)
- Use firedance as much as you can!
- Just cook everything with flamefront!
- And overcook with flamestrike if needed!

Stats points spending: Always focus on getting the right amount of strength and dexterity to wear your gear but if your lacking of mana dont hesitate to spend few point in energy as well! (don't waste your stats point on vitality at low level!)

Once shifted to a bear this mercenary will tank everything for you and as a witch it's really appreciated!

Thats 2 gearing options but there is more than that! Up to you to tweak your mercenarie as you please!(rare,honorific,shrine)

Mystic Orbs priority:

-On Armor: All elemental resist to reach 260 > FHR > curse lenght reduction.
-On Weapon: increased attack speed = Life on attack > attack rating.
-On amulet: physical damage reduction > poison length reduction > defense.


Sockets:

Use perfect gems!(Turquoise/Amber/Onyx/Bloodstone) and try to reach 90% maximum resistance on each element!






Mid-Game




Once you finish to get trough the story and start to get around 105 you may need to get yourself some nice item! That i could call core item to make the progression smooooooth but keep in mind that any fascinating shrines crafting will perfectly do the trick!

new guides are always welcome.
You claim that this build is friendly for new players. After I skimmed trough it I have some suggestions to improve it in this matter.
- do not only say fasc craft - specify what base item should be used and what useful affixes can roll on those items.
- use item tags for Unique Mystic Orbs ,
- talk about how to progress and how to deal with stat allocation during progression - many new players have problems with that.
- when saying that the endgame build is designed to clear T15 Labs - talk about the modifiers and how to specifically gear to counter them - otherwise it is simply a gear list that claims to accomplish that.
- you are only talking about gg jewels as socket fillers. there are plenty of options - even in endgame setups - max res gems (if you still need more for example)
- when saying 'Cap' on Snowqueen skill points yo should specify if you mean cap of max HP bonus (that wold be 15 base points) or cap of flat defense Bonus (25 k what depends on the total all/sorc skill boni)

Some things that look strange to me:
- In the MO section you talk about regular SF MOs on Weapons - they are gone.

socketed with Nih runes is simply better
- the midgame setup seems a bit static to me. although the Guide title reads "...Endgame ...." it would be nice to have more than one option on most item slots. especially rings, Boots and Belt.
- on endgame jewlery there are plenty of options, too. GG rares will give you the highest dps for sure but in terms of HP/mobility and/or max res there are some other nice options that might open up more freedom on other gear slots to push the build farther than the given setup can get.
Especially when using UMOs.

Hi, maybe noob question.. why energy to reach 2k and not going further, like investing everything in energy?

Also, about the charms.. you use the sleep + what trophy? The veiled prophet? Or Yshari? Or even triune or others? And why you choose one against the others?

For the wormhole, you use one full energy? Or for example life/Mana or even others?

I don't see much gear with spell focus bonus, is it possible to cap it at 1000 for this build? Ras algethi feels very good, indigo too is great! and spirit walkers.. I never had a pair, but they can roll even 100 spell focus, so pretty good.. If I play it, should i just go with a eerie craft/bless boots?

I never played fire sorc (I played cold sorc about 1 year ago), but even before this guide I thought about giving it a shot.. seems pretty good on paper.. your guide raised even more my interest, so thank you!
