What’s the needed amount of phys res and elemental res to have a sound survibability?
I’m struggling with bosses in Rifts 6/7.

You need as much +max res as possible, up to 90. Prioritize fire resist. A perfect Kabraxis charm + Sleep charm + Azmodan charm = +6 max res. You can use resist gems on armor too. The gear mentioned in the guide also has +max resists.

For T14-15, you will need at least 260 resists. Also Phoboss encounters require 90+ max cold resists.

When you keep your ice elementals up, you don’t need much physical resistance, with Fire Sorc’s defense and health regen even 25-30 pr will do (even before -10 pr curse).

Someone has pointed up that similar guide has been done before, but u know what? Im a noob when i see [1.8] i would rather check that instead of [1.5] cause this one can be outdated, and to be completely serious i dont rly want to check 70+ pages to see if someone updated it.

So from me its a big thank you, DooD is trying this this build and its fun so far.

PS. I would love to see many more guides for other classes remade for [1.8]

Really feel like hitting a wall in t11 now.
I still haven't completed one, first anomaly ended up, second bad teleport, then 3rd attempt phoboss 1 shot.

lvl 140 I have same stuff as guide mentions except for helm endless pride, and 1 ring I use is a lotto'd ras algethi
11k dmg buffed with firedance/bloodlust switch
90/90/88/87 res 260+ stacked (not poison)
38%PR
20.5K life / 9.8 mana
145 pierce :( only missing 5 from charms on vial upgrade and another 10 from the sleep awakening (not gonna happen soon)

I could get a new tesseract and umo it with more pierce, and same for an empyrean glory (not mentionned in the guide), but would it be enough ?

should i use relics instead of jewels to go further than t11 labs ? or different build maybe ?

Damn I just see now that endless pride means -15 less pierce, thats right m8.
But Curandera I dont see the point, natasha is 30 pierce, how do I get 190 pierce with this armor, even with all perf items ?
It can also be hard to hit 90 res with this rw. I would reach it if my natasha's roll was better :)
