Edit - After pausing your Belial video and checking stats, my mana related leech and regen stats are almost identical to yours, i think it's just sheer physical damage difference causing me to not sustain yet.

The only mana leech you need is the two charms that can give 5% each and your guccie.. and yes you will run out of mana on sertain bosses but mana reg should take care of that

Yeah, I'm just at half your damage atm so leech lacks a bit, missing a lot of Strength % and such. Just need to get more levels/sigs/charms. Only 3.1k strength atm.

I swapped to RD the sec I hit 110. The first RD craft I got I used... the same with a pala shield.. just bear stance. then I used the a1 hell quest armor, TU greaves/blackguard helm and belt/gloves honorifics (energy/spell focus/mf/magic dmg) and some random yellow rings/amulet

Okay so i know hmp a bit, so i wanted to give my feedback on this guide.

First of all, skills.

Why put points into DJ? It seems to give so less in return but also increases the mana cost a shit ton.

Why put so much points into specilization to just put 5 more points into dragonheart, it doesnt seem to be worth it to use 15 points for extra 30 ewd. It also enables you to put 5 moer points into colosseum but it seems unnecessary since its 5 second debuff for bosses, and you already have so DA for moving.

Why max Blessed life after you get capped phys resist? The flat phys reduction doesnt seem to be worth it since it doesnt scale that much.

Second, items.

Is colonel really good? Ben told meabout it before and i made a whole build around it, and it was still no damage compared to what you can get with a normal build.

I would like to suggest adding samael sword
Maleficence

+50 to Harbinger
Lightning Resist -100%
(1 to 5)% Chance to Avoid Damage
+3% to Experience Gained
on the options as well. I know its very hard to get and very hard to equip, but it is better than oriflamme in my opinion.

What about
Angelhost
Angelhost
Crown Shield (Sacred)

Defense: 10634 to 11780
Chance to Block: 4%
(Paladin Only)
Required Level: 100
Required Dexterity: 447

shield? I was theorycrafting about a mostly dex/some str hmp build with max block with angelhost and i was thinking cherubim proc would be very good. Wouldnt it make more sense to attack, and then proc cherubim, rather than just use cherubim and not attack at all? What do you think about this?

For helm, i think cinadide is really good with cinadide belt, but
Barghest's Howl
Barghest's Howl

seems like good options as well.

For armor, i didnt like your choices at all. Isnt

-75 to Vitality
-75 to Energy
+60 to Mana

much better than those two? Can you explain your reasoning with these choices?

For boots i would also like to suggest
Nephilim

'ZodThul'

+(144 to 171)% Enhanced Defense
+150 Defense
+50 to Strength
(21 to 25)% to Strength

+15 Life after each Kill
, it is on par with windrunner and you can get it much earlier and for much cheaper.

0.125% Chance of Crushing Blow (Based on Character Level)

(5 to 10)% to All Attributes
Maximum Life +(7 to 10)%
Maximum Elemental Resists +1%
Elemental Resists +(15 to 25)%
might be another defensive option. It is also stricty better than steppe.

For gloves i would like to suggest
Savage

Savage

'YstFelKa'
Runeword Level: 110
+1% Weapon Physical Damage per 50 Strength or Dexterity
(Whichever is Higher)
75% Attack Speed
+10 Damage
+200% Enhanced Defense
+(10 to 40) to all Attributes
10% to Strength
10% to Dexterity
Maximum Cold Resist +1%
Cold Resist +25%
10% Magic Find
since it gives bunch of ewd, flat and stats.

I was also crafting jewels with Amn rune for flat stats, but i guess you crafting it with max damage gives more overall damage.

TYVM for the respons.

Testing in the beta is where most thing comes from. Yes Sam sword is very good..just forgot to add it.. why? because we never got to test it in the beta :)

About skillz is very easy collo 25 points = 2 sec cooldown ergo you can use it more to move from place to place. Lionheart is more phy damage every point you dump into it. DJ is king of single target, iv both done testing with maxing it out and in the end went with just dumping spare points in it. So why max out things.. why use points after capping.. because there is debuffs that remove stats... and there is no other places to put em anyways.

The colonel is INSANE.. but its more a late game weapon when you got everything min/maxed.

Barghest howl is a great starter helm.. Battle Rage is also great.. but wont add it to this guide.. its simply way to expensive and is beaten by miles and miles by cina helm/belt combo.

Rebel is a good cheap armor.. Khazara plate is not bad either.. but Rebel in itself gets beaten by miles and miles by the TU armor that scales of your strength.

Boots... sure Nephilim is a good and solid starter item... but lifecrusher has nothing to offer this build at ALL.

Savage I also tested in beta at the late stat stacking part 9-11k strength and it felt short BIG time of Mercy gloves that are KING.

This build needs 1 or 2 jewels... sure I go with flat dmg.. because thats one of the things we try stacking as high as possible... in d2stats I had 22,5k max flat damage in my best setup during the beta and its just king.. cant just go one way.. gotta mix it up a bit to both scale strength and flat damage.

The shield ? that would be another build 100% where you go with proccs over casting the ability by yourself..

Somehow it to more easy to get to the 32 mark in MXL 2.0 version. The RW itself has a smaller range now 18-21 ? To start with a yellow amulet with 3 or 4 + all skills and yellow rings with +1 all skills ontop of the charms in the 105-120 range will get you there.
