-Weapon: Can the Orb weapon also be a Stone, like Jared's Stone (i.e. any 1 handed sorc weapon?) just not sure how MXL classifies these for affix pools.
-Helmet: Circlet: Sacred Circlet has 2652 Dex, but Sacred Diadem has 524 dex
-Body Armor: Are we going Dex here? S Gambelson req 468 dex! S Ceremonial Armor req 722!!!!
-Belt: Probably a sash? S Sash is 452 strength, this is getting crazy stats!
-Gloves: Leather Gloves?
I try to get the lowest base I can to save points. Helm should be Circlet but with enough charms you might have enough base dex to equip the Tiara base which looks really cool
Body armor should be lowest regular or sorc. Sorc armor can roll stats not available to body armor like up to 4 sorc skills and 250 mana. belt is sash, gloves is leather gloves.
For orb you'd want Jared Stone for 3 sockets

I tried following it exactly and I only see ~30 points in the Lightning tree, can't get Superposition, and only 1 in Thunderstone.
If you want to use Superposition, it requires 50 points in the lightning tree so pre-120, I'd go 25 Forked, 20 thunderstone, 4 eye of the storm, 1 tempest. After unlocking 5 max levels with the Lv 120 baal charm I do 30 forked, 15 tstone, 4 eye, 1 tempest.

All resis are capped, 3 buffs running.

You should look at boosting lsd, sf to further, and get pierce on items where you can. Generally mobs that are lightning absorb take 75% less damage from your attacks so ignore them when farming. The enemy that opens the Sunless Sea rift can be problematic because he is a lightning absorb with high regen. You need a merc with big burst damage like a1 merc and focus him down with thunderstone to overcome his healing.

1900 enough? is there a cap or something?
The new curve for spell damage slows down greatly at 2100. If you have 1900 unbuffed, you'll have around 2100 with Raven Familiar on. Any more energy past this gives you less than 1% more damage per 100 energy so it's really just for extra mana.
