1) Highest base damage
2) It was BiS as farming xbow because it were catching flametail base skil synergy at full force (+1 missile per 2 base levels) which allowed you to cover whole screen in no time (piercing multishot for like 13= arrows on striking). now it's getting only poor few arrows at most.
