Also this build can do all ubers as well with slightly different gearing but I'll let you experiment instead of giving you all the solutions.


I wasn't aware that energy helps with MFing. Or am I misunderstanding this? I do have warmonger but still need a second Blacktongue to try it out.


Energy affects spell damage (Softcap is ~2000 Energy), Blacktongue procs deal significant damage with the Energy bonus.

Warmonger is there to help with applying more attacks/sec due to it's Area of effect allowing you to proc more 1 frame poison refreshes.

Damn, you're way past my dmg. I assume you have all endgame charms? (as I don't).

What is different in your build? Fully decked with Xith runes? lvl 140? Using bloodlust from merc to boost dmg? All stats rolled to max?

Best build overalll clearspeed/budget build i've tried so far
Fautzville melts easily
Unfortunatly my wolf often behaves like a cat and goes where he pleases, so from time to time, although ww is quite slow moving, i have to resummon it.
Merc only gets in the way, not good to have one, i want the mobs at me all the time for faster clearing.

in my offhand. Pagan rites proced often, healing me up, +defenses and max resists are very very good, and +6 to all skills gave a boost to amatoxin i think, and movement speed although makes u hit the enemy less times, makes u clear map faster, because i only need to hit them once.

in my offhand because i still havent found another blacktongue or rune for rw. It doesnt fell like it has any downsides, damage goes up, phys resist is awesome, but its range may suck, dunno. Trying scosglen, but im not ready for it yet ;/

I wonder one thing, SnakeStance with bonus poison spell damage applies only to direct WW hits, WW splash damage does not use spell damage, correct?

Currently I am leveling my barb, so I do not have full experience, but when I do not enable snake stance it seems I deal similar damage. It seems like the most of the damage comes from rotting flesh / infected roots procs.
If so, maybe it is worth to give a try to put on some Energy / spell focus items, and make a full WW poison caster barb? :D

This has been mentioned before indeed on adding Energy. But when you get a really high snake stance you are going to see a big difference. Snake stance sometimes turns off for me by itself and I do notice a big difference in DMG. I have the feeling that the splash damage does infect other enemies, also the proc from the helmet seems to spread poison?

having 20k+ hp is better imo, just adding more spell% on gears/orb is enough dmg+ for procs atleast for farming areas like scos/fauzt .
