Yeah the bonus dmg is big , around 45 avg flat phys with 290-300% ed after ed mo's, especially that this rw dont have any flat on it , this dmg is big, 25% more dmg on weapon just from the ETH bonus

It's 25% more phys dmg, because it will be multiplied further by ED, EWD, DeadlyStrike. If it will be your final weapon it is important. Ofc we also have light+fire, but at the end of season i will definitely buy eth Blade Talons / Scissors Katar for ~5tg

Can give you mine eth judge for free, but it requires 140 lvl, so probably you can't wear it :)

So, I found eth superior hatchet hands with 42 ED and three sockets, the attack speed modifier is lower than better claws, is it still worth it using it for judge? Or should I try to buy a better one, kinda working on a budget :P

Just multiply 42 * 1.25 = 50. Blade talons have 48 avg dmg. So eth hatchet is sligthly better than regular blade talons with the same ED. While eth blade talons have 48 * 1.25 = 60 dmg.

The AS modifier on claws usually doesn't matter because it 27as vs 35as for max attack speed. You get this AS just from charms and lvl1 QueenOfBlades. But some rare enemies can reduce base weapon as modifier...

No, you will probably want ele weapon for dark maiden - wrist blade. In ele weapons eth doesn't do anything. So just get superior wrist blade with AR bonus. But i still suggest you to use indestructible gem in it, because assasin claws breaks very fast and it's quite uncomfortable to repair it every 5 min.

Oh boy,
Winged Calamity is back to level 10 max (for phys, not big but faster/tankier summons to distract enemies)
Way of the Raven is an extra DPS source (for elem)
Shadow Refuge is a buff (nice QoL)
Many melee skills can be shift-clicked (including Noctule)
Noctule has better AoE
Upgrade to some clawsin items

Doesn't mean things will be perfect, but it sure is a nice buff overall ! I'm especially curious of the new noctule : between the aoe and shiftclick, is it gonna be good enough to drop EQ-relic or at least feel "good enough" ?
Ele clawsin is getting a the biggest boost here obviously with WotR
