As i watch a video in https://forum.median-xl.com/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=77993, i think it + 500 mf for a short times (~ 2 seconds)

If it's a class skill of yours, you get +3 instead of the full amount from each source. If it's not a class skill, the totals all add up, and also they are scaled by +all skills on equipment.
