Hasn't changed which means yes still solid all around.

I'm at 110 atm and starting first dungeons but it's one of the slowest build to kill those low lvl dungeons I've played. Lemures is alot better at that point. [(SSF) TU4 gear]

How do I get the 3-4% phy spell rolls on the jewels. What is the upgrade process?

Craft with 1-2 spell damage property on catalyst. Must catch a sum of 2 spell damage from craft and 2 phys/mag spell damage affix at the same time. All RNG
