Tip for those who fight Greater Riftwalker/Ascendant Riftwalker/any static boss:
Because of how Stampede releases two sets of exploding hatchets - one close to you and one a bit farther - you can (and should) keep such distance that both sets hit the boss when they explode. That's basically 2x the damage.

the basic idea how much you deal damage based on positioning of axes. At what distance you deal more damage, and how do i need to shoot stampede to make maximum damage profit? if i understand correct the breadth stampede cone depends of how far you shoot with it, if at closest distance the cone would be wider

It's very simple: you can spot how many hatchet explosions hit the target. Adjust your distance accordingly.

Tip for Duncraig: due to high mob density and relatively low HP of individual enemies,

is preferable to any other weapon you may find by this point, all because of Blast Wave proc. It'll stunlock enemies over a screen away and save your life more often than you probably think.

(Edit,: works wonders in Teganze, too)

Also if you're running from the melee souls (they hit hard), throw Stampede in front of you (in the direction of your sprint). This way you'll ensure that those souls won't run past the exploding hatchets. Or just kite them around said hatchets, if there's room.

Out of these three parameters? It mostly depends on whether you have enough %LL from your gear/charms/Mighty Vigor, but you should have enough. Deadly strike increases your actual damage, which also makes you regain more HP by leeching. Crushing blow is nowhere as useful as in vanilla D2LOD, as bosses with largest health pools are immune to it anyway (AFAIK).

Therefore, Deadly strike.

They are rare, you may find a TU eth balanced axe before a sacred one.
