With the addition of enchant scrolls from the Halloween event, we can get some quite nice power from them. I will list these on each individual item, since pretty much every slot has something to upgrade, either offence or defense. Just keep it in mind going forward, that 2.10 Arma Bear might be stronger than upcoming patches.

We turn on Bear Morph, use all buffs, THEN we use Armageddon.
For the most part, Armageddon will clear out nearby enemies, later on you might start using Wildfire for clearing.
Also make sure you keep up Idol of Scosglen as much as you can, it's a large movement speed + Physical Resist + Defence bonus

Leveling - before Armageddon - Lv 1- 36

Starting out as Physical based Melee Bear with Rend is so much easier than trying to go fire from Lv1. Remember Mark of the Wild for some free dmage. Rend doesn't have a large AoE, so you might need to make some extra runs to not fall behind on levels while progressing to Act 3, try to look for some XP shrines in Act 1 if needed.
For this part, you won't need any specific Uniques, so you can save up any Arcane Crystals for your Fire items.
But you can use some simple Runewords/easy to get items to carry this part of the build. Besides the weapon, none of them are necessary, but come handy if you can get them. The base items with 1 sockets can easily be bought at Lv1 from Gheed/Charsi.
Collect any runes you can - as long as you can upgrade/downgrade it to a Tir rune for 3% Fire Spell damage once you go Armageddon

The reason we start fire this late, even though Armageddon unlocks at Lv30, is because the Lv1 DMG is pretty low, so getting some extra base levels can really increase your speed moving forward. Also, At Lv36 you should be able to gamble a Tier 2 Warhammer, which we will turn into our main weapon. It also allows us to get some extra Arcane Crystals from doing Mephisto runs.

This is where the fun begins. The moment you start getting sacred items, start clearing Ubers and Rifts: our Bear is finally up and running - and oh boy does this bear run! Listing of items will go from easiest to acquire, to your best in slot for end-game. Most Tier Uniques are still very useful at even Lv120, I'm only going to list Sacred items.
We will use tons of Fascinating Shrines for our crafts. Make sure you've done the Gibdin quests in Act 3 in all difficulties for some free shrines.
Also, there is a choice you can make later on, whether you want to play with or without the
TECHNICALLY you could get a better crafted axe than
Swap:
Akara's Robe once again coming in clutch with a free item, it has some pretty decent stats, All Attributes, All Resists, +1 All Skills. It bridges the gap between any Tier Unique and either of the 2 Sacred Uniques I listed. Then once you can farm Library of Fate Heroic, I find it quite easy to get a decent Angelic Armor, with some time invested you can get a pretty solid one. Ideally +6 All Skills, -30-40 Fire Resistance, 25% Vitality, 6-700 Life, +2-3 Max Resist, then add %Fire Spell Damage with the Soulforge. Blazing Armament is a more defensive option, I personally prefer Angelic, since it takes an Ohn and Ghal rune, and its inferior in damage.

My Angelic Armor:
Honorific Boots is great start for Spell Focus, Fire Spell damage, Attributes/Resist, Life Regen. A high-rolled -enemy fire res Rodeos can help a lot, but it's purely optional. Then either the set boots or a +3 All Skills Angelic with high Fire Spell Damage, Movement Speed, -Enemy Fire Resist.

My Angelic Boots:
Fascinating Crafted Belt can get some pretty high -Enemy Fire Resist/+Fire Spell Damage%, but there is no +All/+Druid Skill roll on regular belts. For that, you'll need an Angelic Belt, but they're really rare to get good ones. Once you do, it can be a large DPS upgrade, but I'm Lv140, and still haven't found one.

My Crafted Belt:
Finally a Crafted item slot, where we can get +2 Druid skills, along with Fire Pen. and FSD% . The runewords are purely optional if you really have bad luck with shrine-crafting a pair. Lamha is amazing, super strong spell damage gloves, but it's generally really rare/expensive, and it lacks Fire Pen. Angelic Gloves once again have probably the highest DPS potential with some defensive options as well, but it's once again, really difficult to get a good one.
ONLY 2.10:
Fascinating Shrine Crafted Druid helms can be insanely strong, it is my personal preference over all of the other listed items. Radiance COULD have higher FSD%, but it need some special setup to make sure you get Light Radius.
My Druid Helm:
All 3 options before Celestial can have very similar stats, roughly the same +All Skills, Fire Pen, FSD, Avatar being the easiest to acquire SSF. Celestial Barrier is a pretty large step up from either 3.
A very high rolled Rare ring can beat both unique options, but it's really rare. Setups using

Akara's Robe once again coming in clutch with a free item, it has some pretty decent stats, All Attributes, All Resists, +1 All Skills. It bridges the gap between any Tier Unique and either of the 2 Sacred Uniques I listed. Then once you can farm Library of Fate Heroic, I find it quite easy to get a decent Angelic Armor, with some time invested you can get a pretty solid one. Ideally +6 All Skills, -30-40 Fire Resistance, 25% Vitality, 6-700 Life, +2-3 Max Resist, then add %Fire Spell Damage with the Soulforge. Blazing Armament is a more defensive option, I personally prefer Angelic, since it takes an Ohn and Ghal rune, and its inferior in damage.

For that, you'll need an Angelic Belt, but they're really rare to get good ones. Once you do, it can be a large DPS upgrade, but I'm Lv140, and still haven't found one.

Lamha is amazing, super strong spell damage gloves, but it's generally really rare/expensive, and it lacks Fire Pen. Angelic Gloves once again have probably the highest DPS potential with some defensive options as well, but it's once again, really difficult to get a good one.

Once you got a couple end-game items, you'll have no problems crushing the end game, being a great farmer/bosskiller, while not being a glasscannon either. With the addition of Angelics and Enchanted Scrolls, the build is going stronger than ever - in my humble opinion.
