Constant 2-3 second lag spikes

Okay so here's the issue I'm having,

Ever since the last patch I've been experiencing 2-3 second lag spikes maybe every minute or so.

It makes farming and ubers very hard to do.

I am on the best gs I can be on and I also have 1 Gigabit internet so I'm sure it's not that.

Not entirely sure what could be causing this as it just recently began to happen.

Anyone heard of this or know of any possible fixes please?

Try changing your Gameserver.

I reinstalled my diablo 2 game, and it seemed like the issue was fixed for a few hours, then server reset happened and it reverted back to it's old ways.

I live in California and have been trying most gs.

Anyone know what reliable gs I should try to stay on?
