I am recently returning back to Median. I have an account under Kepy11. I have forgotten the password.
I used the password reset and typed in the correct email / username to send it to. However, I am not receiving the email. I have sent it multiple times, no response.
The email is through hotmail. I have checked the junk mail (not there).
I have even allowed [email protected] to be sent through and not blocked.
I have no idea, and I am at a loss.
If a mod can PM me, I can provide proof that I own the email address.
