Is it just me or fps always drops to 30s in crowded dungeons. My GPU isn't even at 100%

The game is much brighter with the new glide then the old one, anyone know how to fix it?

Can anyone explain this??? I played with d2dx for a very long time, everything was fine, stable fps. For some reason one day the fps became very low, frametime wild.. Honestly, what I just didn’t do was put different versions of Windows 11, 10 (even on two different ssd) different versions of the game 1.13c 1.13d 1.14d made different settings in d2dx.cfg, run the game on clean windows and on a fully optimized one, put different drivers on the video card, different settings in the BIOS, even disassembled and reassembled the computer and nothing ... Honestly, this is some kind of magic, I can’t explain it any more, it feels like some kind of evil spirit has got into the computer and won’t let me play with d2dx, because any other games work well. D2gl, cnc ddraw, default glide also work great.
Oh yes, I checked d2dx on a vanilla game, it works fine there without lags, stable 60 fps. It remains only to buy a tambourine and walk near the computer and beat it and hope that it will help
