It is possible. But there will be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much new stuff that honestly it will be good to not implement everything on the initial release.

This may be a dumb question, but will character skills be changed or will they remain the same. Meaning, same builds/guides to follow.
But will builds such as traprat or werewolf still exist or will there be other types?

Yes , they will exist even after sigma , some skills will be reworked/rebalanced )

This is honestly something that i'd be looking forward the most. Making a group of 4-5 players and fighting for some time instead of just walking in as it is and randomly 1shotting the uberboss lol (see heroics)
