The problem with the character

The problem is that on one of my characters I cannot create or enter rooms. When I try to connect, I see it every time.



Such an error occurs only on one character. On any other it is not. I deleted the game and the mod and put it again, I put the game and the mod on another computer, but nothing helped.

Maybe my character was banned? Can I find out? His nickname is dronnik.

because on the server side he/she results to be already in-game.
