Oh it has to be (TU) tiered unique items, i thought i just need to insert rune into the blade...

You're mixing up 3 different things here.

ACs are for your TUs. Mark of Infusion is for your Honorific, and Kur Rune is for your Sorc Orb RW to replace Pax Mystica (which you'll do later).

So if you have 2 ACs and a T2 Warp Blade, you can do 1 of 2 things:
1. Uptier the base item T4 now (cube a Tiered item with 1 AC to uptier it to the next highest Tier). Then make it Unique (cube any Tiered item+2 ACs+Oil of Enhancement). Or...
2. Make the item Unique now, then uptier it (cube any Tiered Unique+1 AC+Rune).

I think I'm gonna start posting preliminary Sigma updates sometime tomorrow. I'm still doing the 120-125 grind (holy fk it takes forever in SP), so it won't have 125+ Ubers yet, but at least it will be something. This current guide will still exist for reference, though.

cube all 5 eyes with class charm to gain bonus... I have collected all 5 but what is class charm?

You get your Class Charm (Nexus Crystal for Sorcs) when you do the Ennead Challenge.

I've got a well rolled Starhawk, Lacuni, Rainbow Fury & Titan Steps, however I need to rejig jewels & MO my Starhawk for mana/life on hit (Considering i only have %leech atm). The damage feels ok, yet to test it really. I'm using a Dervish chest atm, but aim for a Lachdanan's (for a not 500+ TG price whoa). Ideally, I would probably use a Stormflyer over Rainbow Fury, and potentially run Royal Circlet for more stats instead of Lacuni.

Are you trying to cube it with 5 different eyes from the 5 Veteran monster types (1 from each Act)?

Does it means that ilvl will be different for all of them? I got 4 ilvl 83 / 1 - 81

Ilvl doesn't matter. All that matters is that you're using 5 different eyes:
1 Clawstorm Terror eye (Act 1 Monastery Jail)
1 Fairy Witch eye (Act 2 Canyon of the Magi)
1 Glowing Blob eye (Act 3 Durance of Hate)
1 Landmass eye (Act 4 River of Flame)
1 Bane Hunter eye (Act 5 Worldstone Keep)
