Yes, I need the charm for the laz fight in which the proc is not needed. But don't you worry Lhawkins1, I have remembered Inarius and his minions when they were captured by Mr Mephy and got all mutilated. Well, that was not pretty, so I have him summoned to release him from his possible terrorist future. And keep his spirit in some place (mule) far far way from the sanctuary.

One does not simply level to 125 with a necro. 
Suggestion: make harbringer spawn on scythes.
