im pretty sure the item will keep the double mo effect. So in theory:

=> add jewel => add MOs => remove Jewel => and keep double mo bonus on any item without any drawback.

Doing this uber for the first time myself all except the last boss fight was very good. The rhatma mendelin fight is nothing but pure luck at end managed to kill at 3rd try very booring last fight no skill required just luck. sadface

Don't get me wrong, but where it is luck based? The only thing you can't control is Rathma's movement and because of it you have to adjust it via moving Mendelin as he is easly controlable.

From my experience (not much of it, but i did the whole thing few times by myself just based on stuff I read from more experienced players on this forum and their videos) I would say it's for sure not luck based. Just comments like "no skill required just luck" are really unnecessary and not needed - in my opinion of 'course. My first kill took me 20-30mins though while being on the fight for the very first time. Maybe I was just "lucky".

I feel like my only successful attempt at this was mostly on luck because both killed each other at the same exact time. My other failures involved mendeln killing rathma first when I intended to leave rathma last. I'm not sure if Pel is referring to the same thing, but I feel like all the luck in this encounter hinges on the last 2'ish minutes of the fight where you're praying that Rathma kills mendeln while having only a sliver of life or in my case just dies when mendeln dies lol.

TBH when I did it I didn't even get to see it happen. I just gained both swirls while I was off screen spamming fortress.

my main skill that does everything is noctule so i smax that. also i smax way of spider, way of phoenix, way of gryphon, perfect being and shadow dancer. I put a few points into queen of blades, vampiric icon and blink as well.

play style is simple, cast queen of blades, cast vampiric icon, blink into whatever enemies are near you and spam spam spam noctule.

my clawsin is getting better as I'm able to get some early stage charms and whatnot however it is still one of the squishiest characters I have ever played.
