If ravage has the same mechanics as massacre then it's not so good. Massacre is same as zeal in clod which has thing - if you miss first hit = you miss the following ones too. In this case you miss 9 which is even worse. Plus when you start this ravage atack you are locked in the same place for the duration of all atacks.

Yes, but if the first hit connect, all of them will. The only time I got problem with the mechanic is when I face bosses with high avoid. And with normal mob, I only need to have enough AR (25k ~30k) to reach ~90% chance to hit them, then missing won't be much of a problem anymore :P

Ravage does lock you in the same place till you perform all 10 hits, but if your target is dead mid-strike, it automatically cancel the rest of the hits.

*About the build:
Well it's pretty clear that the build is about roasting just about everything with flamestrike from
Buzzbomb
by abusing stormblast multi-hitting, fortress also helps with spreading the flame. About stance, I chose Eagle Stance cause of that awesome regen that we deperately need due to lack of actual way to regain HP (no LL/Losim/los). Last but not least, stormblast to kill fire-immune monster, items with tri-elemental damage will further improve this, though they will still be a hassle to fight.

p/s: I don't use Snake Stance cause I'm a lazy bastard :bounce:

I like the diversity you're coming up with in your builds. I have to ask though. If you have many points into Eagle, snake will receive a decent bonus from that just with 1 pt as a prerequisite. You're already at almost 100% pois pierce, so why not just do a quick switch for Tslam or dance with fortress and stormblast as you go for when you need regen, etc.

Also. On switch, you can craft some MotW barb axes (hammerhead preferably with 6 Nih runes each) and maybe protector spirit bloodlust to boost all your damage types' output.

Could be a healthy upgrade to your kill speed, if you're down with it and/or have spare points to drop into protector spirit.

About the snake stance, I can actually take out some points in fortress or deadalus and put into snake to reach 50% slow. Again, it's doable but I also have to sacrifice 3 sec timer fortress or some amount of hp/AR/Lightning Damage from Dadaelus, well, to each their own I guess.

Ah. Yea that's a good weap. Dual motw axes might be stronger though. I think my faster barb gets about 180% all damage types from those two axes. Not sure if shamanka would be a stronger bloodlust. I would assume so, but then you're getting into a lot of item switch buffing. But still. video looks nice. Good job.

This late in the game, 1 point into protector spirit for bloodlust should be better than Berserrker.

The helm alone adds 240% spell damage at lvl 120. Barb skills would improve everything a little bit, including bloodlust buff. The +150 energy would allow for more points into dexterity without sacrificing damage and the laek might lessen dependency on eagle stance. If you have auhe,

would save 19 pts in fortress, you'd lose some rainbow damage but I think Path of Flames with all the fsd and pierce would make up for it, elemental proc on helm would be improved for the same reason.

I like the build though, its nice to see the lesser known items getting used in interesting ways. +1

FawkesXis runeword is a very solid choice for this build, it boost flamestrike damage by a lot and the elemental proc is nice too. Though it didn't solve the the build's problem: struggle with fire-immune monster, The kill-speed of flamestrike is already great without much investment, so I think unless you're gearing for heroic boss,
The Veil of Magic
is (imo) the most suitable for farming.

About the belt, Path of flame is defitnitely good, I actually prefer it to

, but only for the Path of Flame o-skill. The fortress proc on it can't fully replace your fortress skill cause:
1/ it has very short duration
2/ on attack proc is absolutely horrible since your attack speed is atrocious while using a knife

That's just my opinion :flip:
