Rarity is in the eye or the beholder to a degree. If i wanted a specific random sort of attributes on that charm, its equally as rare.

i saw one recently on the discord, but it's surprising difficult to find, even though its the same chance as any other specific roll on the charm. You can do it, I believe in you.
