you could run crafts, or try to think what item could improve your gear. If you wanna go maxblock try to get much dex and % dex?
It isnt rly that hard to try to improve your gear by your own. Why do everyone need a guide for everything? try things out. . .

Nope, it keeps going lower but the amount of points needed gets ridiculous. I recommend stopping at 2.8 seconds if you can.

throwsins are generally the top meta, most played assassin spec the last 3 seasons

Are these Maelstrom builds? I don't know how long seasons last but I guess this was the case after throw lockout was removed for broadside?
