Unfortunately twitch doesnt allow me to change the quality from source to lower, for that you must be something called ''partner'' in order to get that option unlocked...
All I can do is lower the output quality from 1440p to 720p *if I lower that even more you wouldnt see anything but pixels...*

Sorry, really, I wish I could do more.

Resolution doesn't matter when your source window is in 800x600... It's all about optimising your bitrate and not streaming at more than 30fps. In general streaming at more than 1500 kb/s will cause buffering for many people who don't have great internet connections.

True, the game is 800x600 but the window is 1280x720, and my bitrate is 2100 atm >< should I lower it even more?
