For 120 Item lv you need the same area lv or higher 120+ = Dunc/fautz etc the other stuff can be farmed in k3k/ TA.
But this build is so spezial i think, that you need to collect everything together with other chars, or other ama setup to make it properly work.

I have tried this build and i can say that it's not that strong , you can farm teganze and dunc well , but not fautz and for the investment there are faster and better farmers
