I am not sure if OoA scales with anything. I didn't use it this patch but few patches ago it was only affected by doom curse and that's all.

I guess someone smarter than me could confirm that tho?

I can confirm that OoA scales with it's skill level.

can confirm too. OoA is at 14k on my necro and 18k on my ssin. With 2 fewer +skills it drops to 17k

Can you start from blank with this? I mean if i level to 100 and reroll, is it possible or is it really item heavy to make it work? I am really interested on this one.

It is possible i am currently playing it its easy mode for a while till about lvl 105 110 ish then mobs dont get one shot so you need more mana so you can cast 2 orbs at a time then back to everything on screen dies

The thing about this build its easy you dont need any special items except the set witch is cheap after that, stats you need are mana and mana regen and +all skills thats really is it no breakpoints except block rate fhr if you want it.

Its a really fun build just remember more mana and regen = more orbs = more dmg

i started this at lvl 80 it was a little slow as u have a little over 9k mana so you cast one wait 5 seconds for regen cast another but still everything gets one shot at that level so easy leveling

Like mark989us said, it's relatively cheap and quite easy to build one.
Since Universal Law set provides tons of nrg/mana, you can start to level with OoA if you have the sets and some Shrines.
It's bit slow at the beginning, but it will get much better and better.

(I'm still learning this game. So keep in mind that my suggestions are not 100% correct )

And I've been using random Crafted Assassin shield with Rune of Mana oskill (weapon swap) recently.
It's bit clunky/risky to use but it helps quite a lot for me.

So far, I'm sitting at 46k mana and 20k OoA dmg with shitty gear.
I can clear Dunc in 4 min with around 300mf now.
Teganze takes around 9min iirc. And even Fauz/Bremm is really easy/fast to run.

can u post ur notarmoy how did u reach 46k mana im strugling to get 27 and got a 39% witchmoon i dont have the emp rings that may be why

Can't give you armoury link for now. I'm testing some other stuffs.
Still used very similar gear in Dunc run vid.
Charms, Level, Stats are very important to push mana pool.
I've reached at 46k mana with almost ~125 charms ( at level 133. missing 130charms, yshari charm, mana/energy cycled worm hole )
And I would suggest fill your sockets with Um runes for energy (Sur in weapon. or some more if you feel need more mana regen) if you don't have nice jewels.

Thanks for the answer. Both of you. Just a small question. How do you farm for this set? I mean i have played last ladder 2 characters to 120 and never got anything sell worthy :F And seems like assasin gets it only from full set bonus witch will be little a problem :/
