I'm not saying it's a good drop, just very very rare occurrence.

It's a weird drop seed thing that happens often where certain monsters die at the same time and gain the same drop rate for an item. You see it a lot with unique drops where a mob will drop 3 of the same uniques at the same tier. Nice find
