Yep i considered it i just didn't really change much for the single target variant.

Ideally you would stack tons of suicide not/atmos and any other skills you can.

Is it a waste to use No runes for the additional poison pierce? I have a similar setup as you just with a different helm and I am having a ton of issues in Fautz.

For farming (ie killing mobs) you want 135% pierce, imo its worth to invest sockets (no runes) in into pierce .

You should aim for atleast 110 poison pierce, ideally 135 for fauzt. If you are low on pierce than yes by all means use runes.

snowstorm was to add some supplemental phys for leech/up front dmg but there are other options.

i think you should use Bear Claw Nova skill ( Lacerator item ) .It's good more , cheap more , and easy for get it and free stun from to skill
almost my build same you . But i use Triune's Blessing RUNEWORDS shield and abit No Rune
( i'm bad english )
