it's been quite some time since i've played , so now that i'll be around here for a short while , i took this build for a spin today to see what's what about the new druid caster changes .

i will be live streaming most of the progress on my twitch channel

- in the early game you will only be using 2 main buttons : 1 for spamming Hurricane , 1 for summoning Harvesters for tanking , you won't be needing anything else

- after clvl 105 we add Ring of Light oskill and lightning Arena to the setup to the setup . 1-pointer Rain of fire vs strong bosses
* cast 1 Ring of light so that the enemies that will approach you will get damaged by it when they get close , spam Hurricane , advance , cast 1 more RoL , spam more Hurricane .

Stats allocation

Strength : enough to hold the armors
Dexterity : enough to equip the TU Coronet
Vitality : 0
Energy: all the rest

Skillplan

Early game : https://i.imgur.com/wmmPAWn.jpg - we have maxed Pagan Rites for more life heal while leveling, no other reason (it only applies when using a druid staff or after you equip your class charm) + it doesn't provide spell damage boost to Hurricane :/ also , we only have points in Harvest and Infected Roots for boosting the Harvesters (see Harvesters skill description) . We need strong tanks to distract the opponents while we are channeling Hurricane

* don't put any points in Mythal before Hell. get the Vine Companion uberskill

* You need 133% FHR in total in order to reach for 4 frames . don't bother to get more

merc: i got a fighter mage built for crowd control/enemy debuff , he also helps later on with Chronofield

yes , you are correct , but before you get to access Hurricane it's usefull to have around when you level with Infected roots . after you get the class charm it applies fine again . you have many leftover skillpoints anyway , so in such early game it wont matter if you just save them for later or dump them somewhere else

While I appreciate the streaming of a underplayed build I feel a little weird about some stuff in the gameplay vid.

1. How the Hell do you have enough money in N A5 to make 3 Honrofics with 8 MOs each?
2. Even If I collect all PGems on my journey I never had like 5 of all kind at N A5
3. I barely see you running to keep Stamina low - start with big damage right from the start.

@ 1 and 2 the (extra) money for MO's (i could afford 2 honorifics untwinked , the third was twinked ) and gems of different kinds come from my shared stash . however , farming act 2 Grubbers for gold and act 4 river of flame for gems is not that much effort , if you have the time to spare . i don't have that time right now . either way , with or without that much gold or gems available the final results are not much different , it can run trough normal almost naked
@ 3 the damage was big enough so far to not require low stamina , even before putting any honorifics on . will probably need that only after i get to Hell , as Nightmare is also a breeze

@ rabbit foot suggestion , same as above , i did not need that stamina boost yet , while wake of destruction also provides flat energy and a good base defense for having a lower chance to be hit , considering that 3 of the main armors are honorifics with crap defense and the t3 coronet doesn't provide much defense either . we'll see how this goes later on

Hurricane should be made to deal cold damage instead of physical. Then it would actually synergize with the Seer tree. Really weird it isn't actually.

Hmm... I played to 120 4 times with this build in total in order to find out what's the best gear possible. And I disagree with your item choices. But you'll notice that when you get to ubers. The thing is early on you really don't need any more damage on Hurricane, because it easily carries you to 110 with minimal investment. I mean... even if you go on Ember Spirit or Hunting Banshee 100%, a 1-point Hurricane is still better until you reach the first ubers.

are the best choices. Heck, you can even get +4 skills on a T2 Cloudladder for 81 Dex. With mystic orbs you get 55 spell damage from these 2 items, which is the same as a mediocre heartrend roll. But you also gain more free sockets, energy, physical resist and... okay the other stats are bad, but with a good roll you can negate the -mf with mystic orbs. In the weapon I used Sur Runes for mana regeneration, on the Shield I used Perfect Bloodstones for minion resist. My shield alone gives me 35% minion resist that way, 20% from a honorific, 5% from a charm, and you're only 15% short which you can easily get by putting mo's on rings. But aside from that you also have 4 more skill levels, which turn into about 400 life and of course more damage. And to top it off, you also get more defense. The only downside is actually the reanimate on Herr Donner, as those guys make enemies flee and thus drastically increases your kill time in certain areas, like Cow level. But you can't put a RIP modifier on it either, because that means your Pagan Rites won't work.

starting from act 3 normal because it helps so much with keeping your mana up. But I also didn't invest in Energy and put my points into vitality instead. Bonus: More strength so you can actually use the armor (just like Cloudladder)
As for the belt, I also used a honorific, but I cubed it with elemental resists, minion resists, magic spell damage, Energy and Spell Focus. Strength instead of Spell focus is also possible, but I feel the spell focus is pretty necessary. Another option could be making a new Honorific later on where you get rid of elemental resists in favor of strength.

Btw... if you focus that hard on damage, where you can kill any mobs with 2 hits, you can channel the spell long enough to see the wind animation twice and can already start walking again. No need to wait for everything to die. It saves some mana and makes your progress quicker.

i am now at a point (level 105) where i plan to get a few charms and replace my gear with crafts and set parts , and then i will be forced to dump more points into strength .
