Yeah Void bow is still BIS even when you dont have upgraded version of it or reaching 137. The proc is still OP af and with this bow you dont even need to use other skills, just press one button Steady Shot and melt shit.
About other bow, I would prefer Guardian of Scosglen over Zephyr because you're already have high SF from Survival Instinct meanwhile Zephyr doesnt do much dmg with that orange text even when you use Flameskin.
