- Caps at 7 frames per cast, which is pretty much the only bad thing about him.

Speed calculator says barb cast speed caps at 9fpa. Am I missing something?

Barb has better cast frames when dual wielding.

I'm using psistorm on a sorc atm and finding it reasonable (Mana regen being the weakest point). 6fpa casting with vaetia, good defensive stats (90%res, 50%pr, 40%avoid but low life) with 94k damage. I don't know how many casts i'm actually getting per second due to mana capping but 9fpa just seems so slow. I'm going to test barb tomorrow.

Depends on the weapon you're using, Barb also gets better cast frames when dual wielding certain weapons. Like, using a single energy crafted two-handed sword = 9 frames, but dual-wielding them = 7

In three hours, one-hand casting will be as fast as dual-wield casting. Check the patch notes.
