why players dont use honorific weapon as a base for ELEMENTOL DOMINIUM UMO. IT doubles a stat. Why no??

Elemental Dominion only works on 0 socket weapons. Honorifics return with max sockets once crafted.

because elemental dominion is Occult Effigy, not MO/UMO
