yep, the image doesn't repeat. What the games does is, it literally just draws this image on the screen before units and tiles are drawn on the screen.

I think this one should be look much better.
I reduced the blue-ish, added some snow effect and then used correct colour palette.

The problem is I dunno why I cant save as JPG, abit worried that PNG format might changed the colour format

I like it, certainly is an upgrade compared to the ones used in-game right now. I'll implement later today and post a screenshot

Nice work! You should be able to save as jpeg if you use DC6 creator, but I guess whist needs it to be a certain way.

Not familiar with whatever DC6 is (or at least don't know what the initials mean), but depending on the size of the file, can you save it as a PDF and then screenshot it as a JPG as its full screen? If it's for Sigma, the resolution for the game will be smaller than a full-screen window on most computers now, so you shouldn't hit any issues with pixel stretching or skewing since you'll likely be shrinking it slightly to fit the resolution needed?

Probably a shitty suggestion, but it's all I could come up with since I've never had issues that I can recall involving not having .JPG as an option for save formatting. Are there any options for RAW (although I think I've only ever run into RAW files from DSLR cameras) or TIF? I think those save pretty large files and won't fuck with the coloring, and then you could convert them?

They do, it's the snow. So they move in reality, not just fixed points like in the screenshot.
