Don't get an act 3 merc at lvl 4 would be my best recommendation. Seems a little odd to me that you'd rush yourself to act 3 just to get a merc when everything dies in 3 melee swings of a normal attack anyways.

What do you mean how do they work? Cycles act as charms. Keep them in your inventory and you'll gain/lose whatever affixes are on the cycle.

I ask how magic find work for finding cyvle. It's give more cycle or make it better value. Or give nothing, like for runes?
