I tried the build in singleplayer, and you fly ridiculously fast across the screen, one downside though is that your mana goes away awfully fast too, which means more pauses to cast mana pulse unless you equip

. The belt doesn't feed us enough mana to sustain ourselves, but it slows the drain considerably. You stop to mana pulse at least 3-4 times less often. The teleport on Striking doesn't affect us much since we teleport ourselves on top of the target; we'll follow it regardless of where it teleports. You might want to switch to another belt against bosses though.
Wyand's fervor might or might not sustain us with enough mana, but I prefer not to equip the piece, to instead focus on having
Linga Sharira
or
Highwayman's Friend
with MF orbs and jewels.
I could see it being viable in a high-proc build, like

Sadly, bloodlust on Shark is a lot more powerful than Bloodlust and Dark power on Checkmate combined.
