- Fixed a bug with Stormblast which caused it to deal damage for a long time after the projectile had dissipated

- Fixed a bug that caused dungeon lock times to be inaccurate (they display their real shorter duration now)
- Standardised "no death" ubers to have 20s lvl lock
- Full elite zones are now labeled as such
- Jewelcrafting: %AR can now spawn on jewels of ilvl 91+
- Griswold's Heart: buffed stats
- Undead Crown: no longer grants deadly strike based on minion damage from Shamanic Trance
Dungeons & Rifts
- Diamond Gates: increased distance at which monsters can spawn to entrance, to prevent Totems on stairs
- Teganze: life leech now works, removed autospawn, 100% chance to get global monster buff (from 75%). Removed elemental pierce and balanced around 80% res.
- Athulua: reduced insane defense
- Yshari Sanctum: reduced huge defense on some mini-bosses, increased to some bosses that had little
- Torajan Jungles: reduced defense of Forest Keepers
- Triune: removed auto-healing from Durram
- Black Road: reduced possessed cultist bloodlust level
Monsters
- Maghda: reduced hive level, reduced HP on nm/hell
- Iceclaw the Merciless: increased HP and damage on all difficulties
- Ghom: reduced HP on all difficulties
- Zoltun Kulle: reduced HP on all difficulties
- Narthal: reduced stats on all difficulties
- Firebloods: slightly reduced explosion range. Reduced damage by 5% because we care.
- Goat Clan: tweaks to make resurrecting less chaotic
Bugfixes
- Fixed Burning Veil buff duration description

- Sunless Bird: 1/6 chance to drop up from 1/10

- Corpses act normally now (reanims / skills that need them), increased hp/def of mobs to compensate
