How do you deal with the "Assault on Mount Arreat" dungeon as a ranged character? Obviously I'm not very tanky (around 5,6k HP, bow druid)
The Shamans have like 2 second stunning attack, so when you get hit once you can alt+tab to facebook, because you are dead anyways. King Koth healing from 20% to 100% is also a pleasing thing, which happens randomly and sometimes just doesn't allow to even beat him down to 75%, as he spams the heal. Not sure if these two are just bugs or bad designs.
I did all other dungeons fairly easy (till my 110 lvl), it involved dodging and kiting, but wasn't impossible - and as there is no death penalty you can just put down a portal, go in, hit 2 times, die and repeat to do everything.

played that encounter like tal rasha but much more kiting and picking up 1 or 2 stragglers max running around the edges. some pot shots into distant group too. else Lightning Arena on amulet works quite good there. lot of pots too .,.

There are probably more, but that's all I could think of off the top of my head.

2. Summons and a merc can be really helpful.

3. It's always been that way unless you used PlugY, which let you have the same type of Charm in your Stash and 1 in your Inventory. Easiest way to mule is to open 2 instances of D2 (via the Launcher) and do it that way. For SP, create a TCP/IP game.

Only if you're gonna farm Valthek. I usually keep the Yshari sets on a mule, just in case.

1. No. Downleveled crafts are mostly only used in specific instances when you don't care about random rare modifiers and want a crafted item with a low clvl req.
2. Yes. Higher ilvl means the item can roll with better random rare mods.
3. No. Ilvl will stay the same, regardless of how many craft attempts. Ilvl reduction only happens when crafting jewels (-5% ilvl per craft attempt).

35 fire, cold, light, phys/magic, and 40 poison I believe. Bosses can have 70.

This doesn't mean every monster has those stats. Some are more resistant to specific types and can't be lowered (you've probably seen monsters that "absorb an element")

If I'm running a main hand weapon on a barb and my off hand weapon has an oskill, can I still use that oskill?
And if I can use it and that oskill is WDM based, will the oskill's damage come from the weapon it is attached to or will it be based off of my current main hand weapon damage?

What helps there if you are squishy wet toilet paper build (which you are), is minions. Get in with lot of minions so they block the hits.
For poison fire you are left with sword minions.
It is very hard to do if you die in 2-3 hits and you have nothing to take damage for you.
