Can you Tell me why my wormtongue (tier 4 light belt) adds 10k damage to my curare? When i wear this belt my damage hits 17-24k. But when i took it off i have 7-11k damage. [ Adds (250 to 375)-(500 to 625) poison damage over 5s]
Removing different gear that i wear doesnt change anything in this damage calculations. When i put Vilehand on (Leather gloves tier4), my damage is 50% weaker.

The poison damage from passives/items is all added together and then the duration is averaged.

Curare (2s) + Vilehand (1s) = duration 1.5s
Curare + Wormtongue (3s) = duration 2.5s
Curare + Vilehand + Wormtongue = duration 2s

Either item increases your poison DPS by a little (because damage is added), but Vilehand lowers your total damage per hit and Wormtongue raises it.

Also the character sheet is misleading because it shows the total damage over the whole duration IIRC. D2stats tool will be more accurate.

When scorpion blade was changed a while back, they added poison clouds, and said that they 'stacked'. Is this true, do stacked poison clouds do anything more than usual? I wouldn't think this would be the case with poison.

I have a Question about the dungeons quest. Is Akarat buggy or something like this. I try to kill him like this guide from aerial. On his video, Akarat has no resistance against all damage. I try to kill him like 20 min (he's immune against all damage).

What is my mistake?

u should first kill some of his adds so they blowup and remove his immunities for a while, also there is smth about healing him - check Documentaion above on this median xl site - dungeons - akarat - strategy

I have a qusetion about shrine blessing. I have a crafted tiara(sacred) and I tried to bless it with shrine + 2 arcane crystals but nothing happened. Transmute not working. Why not working? Do i missing something?
