You can still read the ''Poison Damage'' from the ''Documentation'' even if it's outdated, scorpion blade doesn't follow the general rules about poison damage. The exemple with the gloves + scorpion blade is still revelant.

Akarat is protected by his followers the section in the section in ''Dungeons'' explain it.
Kill follower = nova that remove immunity = window of time to kill Akarat.

You can't upgrade a (4) to a (sacred).
You can reroll the # of sockets with an oil of renewal but you have 2 options : reroll and get (6) or reroll, get (0) and socket punch with 6 jewels.
