Going to have to repost this because I didn't get an answer the first time


Question about speedcalc tool-
1) for attack speed, there's 2 categories - "skill ias" and "other item ias" - does skill IAS pertain to the IAS of the actual attack skill you're using, or does it include all skills (like barb's ancient blood) that add IAS to a character? And why does skill IAS count for so much more than item IAS?
2) FHR speed - similar question. Why does skill FHR count for so much more than item FHR

(when I say "count for" I mean skill IAS/FHR seems to reduce breakpoint numbers way more than item IAS/FHR)

Hello i grinded set for 2 hours with my friend and now need to kill Valthek but i dont know how can some1 help me?

Use the short questions thread for things like these.

for valthek, you need to have both full yshari sets equipped. doing so will give you 3 oskills. holy bolt, iron shield, and arcane blast or something. you can only use these skills when you have the aura from the godsman guards that valthek summons. use arcane blast to kill most but not all of the guards so you can move more easily but still keep the aura. then you just have to aim holy bolt at valthek. its the only way to damage him.

Ignore all the skill speeds. They don't exist in the mod any more, everything is item speed no matter the source.

If I give my Merc an item that grants an Aura on equip, will that aura effect my character too or will I need to gear the merc with "stance radius" gear as well?

Really want to pick up a Silk of the Victor or Auriels Robe for my merc if this works lol

For the Corrupted Wormhole, I understand that I need to cube it with a cycle for it to actually do anything. I've seen wormholes with +1 skills on them. Does that mean I need to find a cycle that has +1 skills to the class that I desire? I've only found magic find and low +dex cycles thus far. Just want to make sure that is correct before I go farming.

You need to be prepared and understand and adopt a strategy to killing that boss, not dying 50 times by doing whatever, especially since there is no death penalty anymore.
