(again, really good for this boss) and Judgment Day charm is helpful
150 flat physical resist or higher. This is the key most people miss. his trinity beam also deals a portion of physical damage. In order to negate this part and absorb his elemental damage to heal, you need to minimize the physical part. % phys res doesn't help, just flat phys resist:
think about rare amulets that can roll up to 30 on their own + you can MO 30 on rings and amulets, so on a good amulet roll, you're at 120 already. random rare/crafted body armors can get up to 50 as well, plus this keeps your sockets open for resist gems to increase your max res as opposed to making a runeword (and paragon bonus).
