Forked lightning - low range, slow moving crowd killing
Thunderstone - single target spell
Stormfront - fast moving, non-piercing, low AoE splash.

I think, if i could reach lvl75 stormfront (doable but really not trivial task) i could dump FL at all and just use stormfront everywhere.

Yes, the video was taken down because of the AHK script. They don't like the amount that the AHK script was doing.

More... clear, rules are being discussed apparently. From what I've collected, they're trying to figure out where to draw the line, and from what I saw from the video, that script was kinda extreme in how much it did.

Doubt so, collector is nice for phys/mag dmg, while this sorc does lightning/cold mostly. While it's OK, Celestial Barrier is better, esp. with good rolls.

Finally managed to grind "Quov tsin" down using "Fridge sphere" :D

It's a bit tricky to use, you need to move a little after planting "bomb stack" for it to actually trigger, but you can cast them really fast and stack a lot of them.
One teleport from xazax - boom, 1/4 of life done instantly. If this is still correct and assuming low avoid, it's possible to 1-shoot some teleporting bosses like xazax or kabraxis. Tested only once, but will do more, tbd ;-)

Dunno, i tried to calculate - you can stack ~160% exp, already heavily limiting what you can do (specific rings, ammy, etc), so getting ~200% of spell dmg on top of ~250% existing is not so much. But you loose skills (lots of them, smth like +18 to all skills or so), defence from shield and probably could get ~80% elemental dmg in jewels, which would be replaced with exp.
Very specific stuff, maybe, doubt it's usable in my case.

I know that you will loose some all skills (9 if you only take into account weapon and shield). Without Samael Charm you already have 45% exp in inventory. With good exp jewels in every socket (4 % exp) this will add 23*4=92 exp. 10 exp Mo on weapon. Crafted Gloves (no skill loss at least no sorc specific) and rings with 8 exp (it is not that hard to find 1sk 8 exp some nice adds like pierce rings), 8 exp on Circlet and lets say 12 exp on amulet without skill loss. If you keep your belt. Thats another 5 exp or eerie craft with 15 exp and some innate pierce.
With your Belt and some crafting you would end up with 196 exp = 294 Spell Damage. Not even minmaxed/optimized and you loose 'only' 9 skills.
and every time you pick up an exp shrine you gain 75 Spell Damage. Maybe it is to niche but I think it can work perfectly...

This one is prob. best stuff here, as fast cast rate is awesome.
But -6 jewel slots, being restricted to exp jewels (so 2% one spell dmg possible at max), very limited with FCR/FHR options (again -6 jewels limits a lot), but dps, hmmm.
If i get another one i prob. try what happen =)

Also, did uldy with this sorc (without respecs and so on).
Wasn't so easy, i almost hit server time limit. Now could do this faster (and should), because last 2 hours was chase with almost zero dmg. Desync, kills from nowhere, etc, i was probably shooting purifies to space, because 95% of deaths were from completely invisible projectiles. Games start to lag after few hours and this one was not exception :(
Anyway, done, won't repeat again, but will add to main guide.

I'm a bit confused by the old posts and the new ones becuase it seems there were enemies that were immune to some kinds of damage so you needed two skill trees? Wasn't lighting / cold spec because of that?

Now that there are no immunes, why not just max one tree? Maybe put lots of points into Familiar and things like that?
