every +1 all skill or +1 pala skill is worth more then 12 psmd (Physical /magical Spell damage). Your vessel Damage will scale huge with +skills. The biggest improvements can be made on the gloves atm. They can roll with +2 pala skills.
Your Synergy is overcapped. You can certainly swap eerie craft gloves for ench craft and bless. If you have them and you are tired of crafting,

You can work on socketables too. I know its hard to roll, but 10+ EF,3-4 psmd and 2% ene or 1% all att you are looking for. Those jewels will help you on your way to ench craft only.
