I'd suggest playing on a server where you don't desync, not a very desync friendly build.
also make sure you are in mostly "mid-game" gearing for Duncraig.

I tried crafting boots to replace my Wake of Destruction boots, and 116 EF, 10% phys, 14% energy and 43 energy didn't seem to be enough to do better. Am I doing something wrong or am I supposed to stick to WoD until I find the BiS for boots?

wakes are pretty solid but you can roll better, probably not the highest priority though, I'd just wait for a pair of spirit walker.

Alright thx! I'm doing self-found so that might take a while. I might try using some of the eerie shrines I have hoarded since my other slots are doing fine for now.

maybe your energy isnt high enough for this ef, or u have overcap ef already - check this imho, there is a moment when u wanna switch to direct %spell damage

its a must for a neutral pala leecher at season start, its always such a pita to die literally :) 100500 times before lvl 124-124.5

edit: living in ua i dont know a good server w/o desyncs all the time, 37 is good enough but im not choosing one, i have to join the public one which is usually dallas etc far us, for 5=8ppl game sake
